DOMESTIC ORDERS AND SHIPPING
Shipping is normally free for orders over $70, or $7 for orders under $70. Free shipping offer applies to orders shipped within the continental United States only. Free shipping offer includes P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Free shipping offer does not apply when shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Shipping to Hawaii is $10.00 and Alaska is $13.00. Rates may vary in accordance to the shipping provider’s policy.
All of our domestic shipments are sent with delivery confirmation from either the US Postal Service or UPS. We will not be responsible for damaged merchandise once delivery has been confirmed by UPS or the US Postal Service. All mail or parcels that are lost after delivery will be the sole responsibility of the consumer and all claims for packages lost after delivery will have to be filed directly with UPS or the US Postal Service. Parcels that are either refused by the recipient or returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address will be processed as returns. You will receive a credit for the purchase price of your order minus the shipping charges.
All in-stock items are shipped within 24-48 hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.

For international orders and shipping: call 661-255-2928 to place your order over the phone. Or you may email your order to Service@VivaVitamins.com. We will charge you what the shipping provider charges us. Rates vary in accordance to the shipping provider’s policy.

Viva Vitamins Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased, you may return the unused portion for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of purchase. The unused portion must contain at least 25% of the original portion of the product. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original and return shipping charges. You will have to return it at your own expense. A refund will be granted within 30 days AFTER the returned product has been inspected for authenticity.
